Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.35-25-generic

This driver successfully loaded until linux-image-2.6.35-24-generic. With kernel updated to linux-image-2.6.35-25-generic, this driver do not activate automatically. Manually while attempted to activate the error attached below logged to /var/log/jokey.log.

How to reproduce: Boot my laptop to new kernel, driver will not work
                              Boot the laptop to old kernel (inux-image-2.6.35-24-generic) [and its previous versions worked as well], the driver loads and wireless detected.

What is contained in driver: These package contains Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless driverfor use with Broadcom's BCM4311-, BCM4312-, BCM4321-, andBCM4322-based hardware.
When successful what is the error ?: "This driver is activated and currently in use.
When failed what is the error messages ?
 /var/log/jockey.log, is attached.

This appears to be due to related packages, not kernel and can be closed.

Same problem here with a MacBook Pro:

Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller (rev 01)

Similar error msg. switching back to 2.6.32 :(
