Bug Description
To reproduce:
Press button suspend.
Bug happens every time (100%) since kernel 2.6.35-24. If I boot computer with kernel 2.6.35-23 everything is working correctly.

I can confirm this problem. I got it after a recent update to 2.6.35-25-generic #44-Ubuntu. I think the relevant parts in syslog are the "error -5" messages:
