If I try to load the line6usb kernel module with the 2.6.32-27-generic kernel it fails to load:

I think this is related to the linux-backports -modules- alsa-lucid- generic package. The line6usb kernel module fails to load on a machine with this package installed but loads fine on a machine that has the default ALSA packages installed.
