Updating to Ubuntu 11.04 (Could not install 'linux-image-2.6.37-12-generic-pae')

Can you please run in a terminal
sudo apt-get clean
then run again update manager

As I have already upgraded to 11.04, it won't be fair try.

   If you are able to test, please try a new daily iso to see if this issue still exists.
