System won't boot up entirely if wifi switch is off

Bug Description

Since latest upgrade, my system (Lenovo Thinkpad X60s) won't boot up entirely if wifi hardware switch is off. Starting process hangs without any activity. Switching wifi on in that state doesn't help, only switching wifi on (hardware switch) and hard rebooting does the trick.
How can I provide you with a meaningful log?
