Bug Description
After a fresh reboot of my Thinkpad T61p, a few suspend resume cycles work well.
After another suspend resume cycle my trackpoint stops working (touchpad and keyboard still work well) and I can find an Oops and a kernel stack trace in /var/log/messages and dmesg output (attached as st.txt).
When i try to do
modprobe -r serio_raw
the command hangs.
After another susped resume none of integrated input devices (trackpoint, touchpad and keyboard) work, external USB ones do work though.
I tested this with maverick kernels 2.6.35-22.35 and 2.6.35-23.37 and both are buggy.
Lucid works like a charm though.
I think it might be related to

I hope you manage to correct that one (because I am holding my upgrade to Maverick because of that).

Just confirming identical, repeatable behaviour on my Thinkpad W510 -- including the stack trace in /var/log/messages. This problem seems to have been introduced by a recent kernel update.
I will post my dmesg and hardware info if anyone considers this a useful addition.
