right click menu should not highlight the first option

Bug Description
Binary package hint: light-themes
Although this is actually a gtk bug and something gtk should fix. In Lucid light-themes had worked around this problem i.e. when you did right click the first menu item was not selected. the problem is now back with the new light-themes.
