I can't select "front mic" to record from. I have just one entry in record panel or I have 2 (front mic AND analog input).

I'v also reported bug #483628 to pulseaudio. Like that you can find (may be) other usefull attachements.

The notebook is a Packard Bell Dot MU/FR it's also known as a Acer Timeline 1810T (rebranded)
