Hello,
my mp3 player (SanDisk Sansa e280 8GB) does not automatically mount on plug-in. Nothing happens if i plug in the mp3 player.

I use Karmic Koala with the newest updates.

Hi hmc8,

can you plug in the device, wait 15 seconds and then do the following command:

dmesg > dmesg.log

and attach that to this bug report. Thanks!

i have reopened the bug and attached the log file which was asked for(dmesg > dmesg.log)...

i am also experiencing an issue with the sansa e280 being that it won't mount but it worked flawlesses under jaunty.
if i take the same device to my another jaunty pc the device is capable of being mounted with no issues.
i have attached the dmesg output. the messages are different than those reported by mbkrocx.
