Bug Description

Binary package hint: human-icon-theme

Intrepid has two very similar icons (the tools are just inverted) for System->Preferences and System->Administration. The Administration icon seems to fall through to the GNOME Tango default. This looks very strange, and is a regression from Hardy (I believe Administration was a gear of some kind).

Er, to clarify the debdiff, the actual problem is that /usr/share/desktop-directories/System-Settings.desktop lists preferences-system as the icon, but Human just has applications-system

Would it make sense to patch icon-naming-utils instead?

icon-naming-utils looks like the canonical place to fix this.
