Bug Description
Using Dapper Flight 2 + all updates, Firefox will not start (no error
messages), which also prevents Epiphany from starting.
I'm not sure how to get more information than this, as no errors are
displayed.

Firefox is starting now, but Epiphany is still broken. I will close this, and
have opened #21220 for the Epiphany problem.
