f-spot will not launch

Bug Description

Tried installing f-spot, pirmarily with the intent to use it to upload to
flickr. It installed fine, just won't launch. When run from terminal, yields the
following output:

Thanks for your bug report. However, F-Spot is a part of the 'universe'
component, so its bugs are not currently tracked in this system. Bugs for these
packages should be reported to Malone: [WWW]
