[breezy] gamin goes crazy eating RAM from time to time

Bug Description

I just unlocked my machine after leaving it overnight, and I found that
gam_server was eating all my RAM and swap. I've seen this a time or two in the
past, but I haven't found a reliable way to reproduce it. I figured it would be
worth reporting, anyway.

I can leave it running until someone tells me how to get debug info out of a
running process (obviously, I can't just run it under gdb, since I can't
reproduce the problem reliably).

Here're details:
from dpkg -l:
ii gamin 0.1.5-0ubuntu1 File and directory monitoring
system

from top:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
13281 burner 15 0 863m 234m 336 S 0.0 46.6 1:27.34
/usr/lib/gamin/gam_server
