gnome-appearance-properties crashed with SIGSEGV in meta_theme_get_frame_style()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I have edited the metacity-theme-1.xml file and it has inclided one incorrect line:
<title color="shade/"#FFFFFF"/0.35" x="(width - title_width) / 2" y="(height - title_height) / 2"/>
This caused the crash right after I have saved the theme file and when I have applid by clicking on the gnome-appearance-properties icon.

Same problem 13 minutes later in same circumstances with the next lines in metacity-theme-1.xml:
