Bug Description
After choosing croatian lanugage, user creates user. He/she inputs full name. If
input contains non-ASCII characters (like ć, š, etc...), user will not be
created. It will not produce error, but start creating user all over again
without any suggestion (maybe not to use non-ASCII chars).
