Alternate menu key doesn't work properly

Bug Description

When a file is highlighted in pcmanfm and the user press the "alternate menu" button (the one on the right side of the space bar next to Ctl key), the menu that appears only lists the default options, as if nothing were highlighted. This function doesn't even work on a PCManFM window or the Desktop.

Trying it in a virtualized Lubuntu 13.10 with PCManFM installed from Git repository, there's a partial solution: we can use the mentioned feature pressing Shift+AlternateMenu ONLY in PCManFM windows, not in Desktop.

Answer on PCManFM bug track. For me, the Shift+Menu key combo is fine. No objection.

The Folder context menu and the Selection context menu are completely
different menus that have near nothing in common, if you haven't noticed
that already. And behavior when:

a) we have no selection - Menu key calls Folder menu;
b) we have something selected - Menu key calls Selection menu but to call
Folder menu we should do something else.

is completely inconsistent. Therefore I made it that Menu key always shows
the Folder menu and the Selection menu is available by pressing Shift+Menu
key combination.

If you think those aren't right key combinations then you can propose
another ones and we'll discuss it and if everyone agree then we change it.

As for not working Selection context menu keybinding on desktop - thank you
very much, it will be fixed in version 1.2.
